SOURCE RIGHTS AND ATTRIBUTION

Source: U.S. Small Business Administration, 7(a) & 504 FOIA data catalog,
specifically its 7(a) FY2020-present and 504 FY2010-present files from the
same publication. The publisher labels this dataset U.S. Government Works.
This product independently copies the manifest-verified normalized 7(a) and
504 loan tables and their upstream manifest. Its raw snapshot records local
copy hashes and the original source URLs and hashes through origin_manifest.json.
The combined loan product retains normalized fiscal scopes and their manifests.
The earlier borrower/lender acquisition captures retain the catalog, original
loan CSVs and official dictionary. Those original files are not duplicated in
this market product.

The factual government records can be reused, including in commercial
derived datasets. Credit SBA; do not imply agency endorsement or claim
exclusive ownership of the underlying government facts. No logos or
third-party website content are incorporated into normalized records.

Modifications: fiscal- or calendar-year selection by ApprovalDate, column names,
whitespace, ISO dates, exact decimal amounts, explicit boolean values,
status decoding, and conservative name/address groups spanning both
programs. The independently copied loan facts retain original source row references.
Original source bytes and the official dictionary are retained in the earlier
borrower/lender acquisition captures. The imported origin manifest identifies
the combined loan build and its fiscal-scope evidence; those scope manifests
identify the earlier raw captures and hashes.

This is a historical lending dataset. It does not certify borrowers'
current operations, creditworthiness, revenue, contact consent or loan
performance. EXEMPT denotes a disclosure exemption, not a credit rating.

MARKET PRODUCT

No Overture enrichment is delivered. Independently copied, manifest-verified
normalized tables supply source records and provenance. Cohort counts, exact
decimal sums and explicit intermediary groups are our analysis.
