SOURCE RIGHTS AND ATTRIBUTION

Seattle source metadata explicitly designates Public Domain; the captured seattle_metadata.json preserves that declaration. NYC Open Data says there are no restrictions on use: https://www.nyc.gov/opendata/get-started/FAQs. NYC Local Law 11 section 23-502(d) requires public datasets without license requirements or usage restrictions; public republication may require source, version and modifications to be identified: https://cityofnewyork.github.io/opendatatsm/publicpolicies.html. Captured policy pages and city metadata remain in raw evidence.

The product independently selects and arranges numeric/factual building disclosures and taxlot attributes. Facts are not protected expression: https://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-protect.html. No private property narratives, photos, map tiles or third-party proprietary content are delivered. Commercial redistribution follows the public-domain/open-data and factual reuse bases above; no exclusive rights in city facts are claimed.

Source URLs, captured versions and hashes remain in manifests. Modifications: selected factual native fields; numeric convenience fields with missing-value evidence; exact digit identifier tokenization and lossless concatenation of fully padded borough-block-lot components; taxlot rows selected by literal BBL match; duplicate source populations preserved. No city endorsement, verified current ownership or regulatory compliance determination is implied. Public taxlot owner names can identify individuals and reflect dated tax records.
