Data notes
Coverage counts use the full tables. They exclude blank cells and empty JSON collections; zero and false count as populated.
- Coverage is limited to the two cities’ disclosure programs. It is not a national building inventory.
- A property can represent a campus. Tax-lot links do not allocate its energy use or emissions between buildings.
- Repeated property-year reports remain separate. City methods differ, so matching units alone do not make their measures comparable.
- Tax-lot ownership names and flood-map flags are dated reference values, not current ownership or compliance verification. Unparsed identifiers remain unmatched.
